During my high school career, I took AP US History, AP European History, AP English, and AP Environmental Sciences. I also too a class my senior year at the University of Connecticut in Individual and Family Development. In college, I have worked as a substitute teacher, carrying a long term paraprofessional substitute dealing with children with extreme behavioral problems. I also substitute taught in the elementary, middle, and high school grades. I also ran a creative writing course at the elementary school in Gettysburg for fourth and fifth graders. I currently tutor children of migrant workers who often use Spanish as their primary language of communication. I am a talented writer with the ability to help others improve their own. I pride myself on being a good teacher and hope to pursue that as my career upon graduation. I am patient and very determined and will help your child in any way possible to obtain the maximum amount of progress possible.
